The TÜV Toxproof becomes OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100

Nothing is more important to us than the health and safety of your family. The absence of harmful substances in all the filling and covering materials used and 100% product safety are always our top priority. That is why Theraline breastfeeding and pregnancy pillows with pearl filling have carried the Toxproof® label of the TÜV-Rheinland since 1998. This certification for breastfeeding pillows free of harmful substances was developed in cooperation with Theraline. 

Since the end of July 2021, the TÜV Rheinland test seal has now been replaced by the OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 seal of the Hohenstein Institute. The well-known seal gives you the assurance that you are purchasing a product that is guaranteed to be safe for your health. A transitional period has been agreed with TÜV Rheinland, during which it is possible that our inlets may still have a TÜV label, no label or the new OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100 label.

 In any case, you can rely on our experience: We were the first breastfeeding pillow supplier to start the elaborate treatment of our pillows against styrene exhalations as early as 1993 and have been constantly developing our know-how in this area ever since.

Nursing pillows with Öko-Test award

We are particularly pleased about the latest award for our “large” pillow “fuchsia-cappuccino”. Of course, the other “large” and “small” pillows also meet the requirements of the ÖKO-TEST magazine – because all pillows are made of largely identical materials. So even if you choose a different pillow from our range: You can be sure that you are buying an all-round “healthy” product. We have been using only materials free of harmful substances for all Theraline products since 1993. The microfine pearl filling is freed from possible harmful substances with special care.
