Hold a 15-20 cm “nose” upwards at the upper end of the cushion. The filling that is not held in place will then fall completely into the lower part of the cushion. Now press the “nose” all the way to the end of your cover. When you turn the cushion, hold the inner cover from the outside with one hand. After the filling has flowed into the lower part, grab a new nose on the other side and push the cushion all the way to the end again. Now you just have to distribute the filling evenly in both ends of the cushion again and you can close the zip.
