Cookies

Our website uses cookies. These are small text files which are stored by your web browser on your end device (smartphone, tablet, PC, etc.) and contain pseudonymised data. The use of cookies increases the user-friendliness and security of the websites. The setting of cookies can be prevented at any time by setting options in your browser and cookies that have already been set can be deleted separately. If the setting of cookies is deactivated by the user, it is possible that not all functions of the website can be used to their full extent.

The permissibility of this processing is based on Art. 6 (1) f) DSGVO (legitimate interest). Our legitimate interest lies in the optimised presentation of our website.

Use of social media plug-ins

This website uses Facebook social plugins in the form of the Facebook logo. The plugin establishes a direct connection between your browser and the Facebook servers. Your visit to our site may therefore be tracked by Facebook if you have a Facebook account or have already visited a site with Facebook social plug-ins.
You can find an overview of possible Facebook plug-ins here:
http://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/
We have no influence on the content, scope and use of the data that the plug-in sends to the servers of Facebook Inc. (1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA).
You can find out more about Facebook’s privacy policy here: https://www.facebook.com/policy.php
Log out of your Facebook account to prevent the transmission of data from your visit to our site to Facebook.

The permissibility of this processing is based on Art. 6 (1) f) DSGVO.

Google Fonts

We use external fonts via the Google Fonts service. This is operated by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Through its use, information about the use of the website (for example, date and time of the call, IP address, etc.) is transmitted to Google servers in Ireland and stored. If necessary, data may also be transferred to the USA. For cases of data transfer to the USA, Google has a certification for the Privacy Shield agreement. You can find more information on this directly at Google https://policies.google.com/privacy/frameworks?gl=de. We use Google Fonts to enable you to use external fonts for a better presentation of the website.

The permissibility of this processing is based on Art. 6 (1) f) DSGVO.

Google Analytics

This website uses the “Google Analytics” service, which is provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Pkwy, Mountain view, CA 94043-1351, USA). Google Analytics is a web analysis tool that evaluates data about the behaviour of users of a website. This service is based on “cookies” that are sent to a Google server and stored there. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google’s behalf. If a user accesses the website from a member state of the EU or the European Economic Area, the IP address will be shortened and thus anonymised. This eliminates the personal reference of your IP address. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there.
You can also prevent the collection of data generated by the cookies and related to your use of the website (including your IP address) to Google and the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plugin available under the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de

Further information on data protection in the context of Google Analytics can be found at: https://www.google.com/intl/de/analytics/privacyoverview.html
The permissibility of this processing is based on Art. 6 (1) f) DSGVO.

Vimeo plug-in

We use the provider Vimeo for the integration of videos. Vimeo is operated by Vimeo, LLC with headquarters at 555 West 18th Street, New York, New York 10011.
On some of our pages, we use plugins from the provider Vimeo. When you call up the pages of our website that are provided with such a plug-in, a connection is established to the Vimeo servers and the plug-in is displayed. This transmits to the Vimeo server which of our Internet pages you have visited. If you are logged in as a Vimeo member, Vimeo assigns this information to your personal user account. When using the plug-in, such as clicking on the start button of a video, this information is also assigned to your user account. You can prevent this assignment by logging out of your Vimeo user account before using our website.

Further information on data processing and notes on data protection by Vimeo can be found at https://vimeo.com/privacy. The permissibility of this processing is based on Art. 6 (1) f) DSGVO.

You can find out more about PayPal’s privacy policy here:

https://www.paypal.com/de/webapps/mpp/ua/privacy-full

The permissibility of this processing is based on Art. 6 (1) a), b) DSGVO, as the processing of the data is necessary for the payment via paypal and thus for the execution of the contract.

SSL encryption

We use the industry standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) to encrypt your data that is transmitted to us, e.g. during order processing. This currently represents the most secure data transmission procedure on the Internet.

If you believe that your rights have been violated in the collection, processing or use of your personal data, you can contact the competent data protection supervisory authority. This authority will investigate the complaint and inform the person concerned of the outcome.
